Is there a setup fee? No. There is no setup fee for any of our plans.

What are the limitations of the trial plan? The trial plan allows you to get a feel for Peoplepro and see how beneficial this service is for your business. You can use the system for 2 weeks at no charge. After that you will have to choose a paid plan to continue using the system.

Do I need a Credit Card to sign up? The trial plan can be used without a credit card or any other commitments. For all other plans we require a Credit Card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay by E-check by using our secured checkout process.

Can I cancel my account at any time? Yes. Although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account from your account control panel. *The Premium membership is based on a one year commitment. If you choose to cancel your premium membership you will be billed according to the basic plan for each job opening used. ( $59 per job opening ).

Can I change my plan later on? Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with no additional handling charges.
